International Orders

Due to our domesticated shopping cart system, ALL international orders should contact us via Contact form on the site for the best shipping quotes.
International shipping rates will apply.

Shipping Timing:

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
ALL Shipping – Priority Mail; Estimated Arrival in 1-3 Business Days (Physical address required for all orders. Allow 7-14 Business Days for domestic USA shipping; up to 1 full month for international orders.) UPS is 2-3 business days.

Shipping Rates:

USPS and Priority Mail flat rate charges apply.
UPS orders are by weight and zone.
We make no money on shipping and refund anything over 5$ difference from what we pay and what the UPS shipping calculator on the site charges. Most get a shipping refund when order is processed.

Our Shipping Carrier

UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. However we reserve the right to use other shipping partners from time to time to meet your needs.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship same business day of order being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our Jackson, Mi warehouse.

Back-Orders

We do not back order and only sell by what’s in our inventory.

Currency

All prices are in US Currency.

Returns

Orders can be returned, but must be shipped back by recipient.

Refunds will be made when items are received and in good working order.
