We are here to answer your questions. Please contact us first, before posting to social media.
We know our product better than anyone else.
To make the experience as fun and easy as possible, we have included the following
instructions.
Please start with safety first. Gloves, safety glasses, respirator, and proper ventilation.

1. Start by mixing your plastisol. We recommend a plastic drill attachment for 5-gallon buckets.
1-gallon jugs: Set on their side for 5 minutes (until resins have moved to the bottom of the side).
Pick up and shake left to right for a few seconds. The plasticizer (clear liquid) must become
fully integrated with the resins (white substance). Failure to sufficiently mix will result in a gooey
mess that will not be set up.

2. For full conversion of product, the product must reach a temperature minimum of 350
degrees Fahrenheit (do not heat past 400 degrees). Failure to do so will result in a gooey mess
that will cure. We highly recommend a digital quick-read thermometer. Infra-red guns are not
reliable, they only read surface temperatures and sometimes are not calibrated correctly. Our
product is very versatile; you can shoot it from 400 degrees down to 280 degrees. If heating
with a microwave, stir and check temps with a probe thermometer during cycles. You are now
ready to go.

3. If you have followed the above steps, you are now ready to de-mold. Our plastisol is a very
clean product that does not leach oils. We recommend
letting baits cure for a minimum of 24 hours after pouring, we do not recommend curing in
water, soft plastic baits are porous.

4. Finish bagging: We highly recommend a quality laminated bag (such as " Clear Bags") for
packaging. Just add non-phthalate worm oil or your favorite phthalate worm oil-based
scent. We recommend adding scent after baits have cured and not added during the heating process, which could cook off your scent. Standard bags such as Ziplock, Glad, etc., will
draw moisture, and oils from lures causing them to dry out and become brittle over time.
5. Notes***We recommend that remelts to chopped up into small, uniform-sized pieces before
heating. Remember remelts do not have to be heated to 350 degrees, only a pourable
temperature. The chemical reaction has already been reached in initial heating.
